Counselling Fee
As of January 2, 2026, the fee for an individual 50-minute counselling session is $255.
Helpful Info
Psychologist fees are tax deductible as a medical expense according to the Canada Revenue Agency. Some Extended Health plans cover Psychologist services (check with your provider).
Payment Method
• Interac e-Transfer
• Cheque or money order
• Credit cards via Square (note: there is an extra $8 fee for credit card processing)
Cancellation Policy
If you need to re-schedule or cancel your appointment, please let me know with a 48 hour notice. If you do not cancel within 48 hours, the full rate of your session will be charged (unless there is an unavoidable emergency).
I will do the same! If I need to cancel our session I will notify you at least 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, your next session will be free! Thank you for your understanding.
