Online Eight-Week MBSR Program October 12 to November 30, 2022 (Wednesday Evenings)

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Program is a highly respected program within the medical community for dealing with stress, pain, illness, and the demands of daily life. It was developed in 1979 by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical School – Division of Preventative and Behavioral Medicine. MBSR is not an alternative to traditional or psychological treatments but is a complement to those approaches.

10-Week Online MBSR Foundations Teacher Training (Oct 6 to Dec 8)

We use the MBSR teacher training curriculum developed by the Mindfulness Center at Brown University, for which we have a collaborative licensing agreement.

This 10-Week Online MBSR Foundations Training is organized by our Centre For Mindfulness Canada, in North Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.  The successful completion of this MBSR Foundations Training is fully recognized and acknowledged by the Mindfulness Center, School of Public Health, at Brown University.

Certified Laughter Yoga Leader Training (October 2022)

Become a Certified Laughter Yoga Leader (CLYL)! Whether you plan to start your own Laughter Yoga Club, offer sessions in businesses and health centres, or share more laughter with friends and family, this weekend will immerse you in the joy of laughter. Graduates receive a Certificate from Dr. Madan Kataria’s Laughter Yoga International.  The training is presented by the Centre for Mindfulness Canada, North Vancouver.
